The Village Green is conveniently located close to all that gorgeous Grand Haven has to offer! Less than 3 miles from Grand Haven State Park and just a 10-minute drive to downtown, our community offers plenty of nearby outdoor recreation and shopping. Take the public access boardwalk two and a half miles from the pier head at the Grand Haven State Park to the downtown shopping district in Grand Haven.

Ran out of sugar? You’re just a quick, half-mile dash to South Village Plaza, where you have your pick from three major grocery chains. Take the car or catch a ride on the Harbor Transit System!

Grand Haven is home to FourPointes, an active senior center where you can enroll in a variety of exciting classes from hula dancing to wood carving and more! Or give back to your community as a volunteer.

I moved into The Village Green Mobile Home Community in October 2024. The staff at the office was super helpful in finding the right home and all the finance pieces of the transaction. They were patient with all my questions, and if they didn’t have an answer, they would make sure they found the information that I needed.

Since I moved in, I am impressed with the maintenance staff and how helpful they are, and how they are willing to go out of their way to make sure that I am comfortable and safe.

I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a neighborhood to reside in.

Hello! We moved into The Village Green early fall of last year. It was a very stressful time for us with selling our home and not yet having a place in the park. We REALLY wanted to live here! Kate, Lisa, and Lisa were extremely helpful in helping us secure a place and purchasing it–very easy and smooth process. We are, everyday, grateful for them and moving here. Couldn’t be happier!

I recently purchased a mobile home at The Village Green. I was very grateful to the ladies in the office. Each one was very courteous, especially paying attention to my particular needs. They really listened to me–thank you.

These girls helped me find the perfect home. They were very honest, explaining every detail of the home and other homes that I was considering. There were no surprises; everything was explained right upfront. I have absolutely no complaints, and I’m totally satisfied with this home-buying experience.

Since the “move-in” process (which, in my opinion, was seamless/easy), I have felt welcome, cared for, and an integral part of The Village Green community. It’s a gift to live here. The VG staff is proactive/professional, kind/courteous, and willing to assist with any issue–AND responsive with questions. Our neighborhood is lovely, well-maintained, and has a sense of pride, security and an ‘established’, clean, stable feel to it. Personally, I feel this community is always in a stage of ‘continuous development’–looking to make things better, to improve.     Yes! The Village Green is a pet-friendly community. We allow one dog under 30 lbs, with a maximum of two pets per household. We also ask that dogs are kept on a leash while outdoors and that owners clean up after their pets.

    All homes in our community are owner-occupied. This helps us maintain a close-knit, neighborly environment.

  • Do residents have access to city services for utilities?

    Yes! The Village Green is within Grand Haven city limits, so residents enjoy full city services for water, sewer, electric, and more.

  • Is there quality medical care nearby?

    Yes. Trinity Health’s Grand Haven Hospital offers 24/7 emergency care with full-time paramedics and board-certified physicians. For everyday health needs, the reputable Corewell Health Care Center – Grand Haven is just down the road near Meijer.
