    • -nicely mowed green yards

    • -stained or painted steps
    • -no chipping paint

    Inspections will start in the middle of May and run through the middle of June – if there are items that need to be taken care of we will send you a letter. You will have 10 days to get those items taken care of before we check again.

Proudly known as Coast Guard City, U.S.A., the town hosts the annual Coast Guard Festival. This weeklong summer tradition honors the U.S. Coast Guard service members with ship tours, parades, live music, and one of the most spectacular fireworks displays in Michigan. The fun doesn’t stop when the weather cools off.
