Village Green offers multiple manufactures, plus each have multiple floorplans that work on Village Green sites.

We order homes that are 24' wide and also 28' wide, depending on what the lot will hold. The length vary too. Typically between 52' - 60'. These homes are 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.

When we order new doublewides the sales price ranges from $130,000-$150,000. That is the cost for a turn key brand new home including appliances, central air conditions, and 2 set of steps.

At this time we don't have any doublewides for sale, but will list them when we do.
