Village Green offers multiple manufactures, plus each have multiple floorplans that work on Village Green sites.

We order homes that are 16' wide. The most common length that works in Village Green is a 66''. If we can go longer we will. Typically our singlewides are 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms.

When we order new singlewide the sales price ranges from $80,000-$100,000. That is the cost for a turn key brand new home including appliances, central air conditions, and 2 set of steps.

At this time we don't have any singlewides for sale, but will list them when we do.
